Alycia Wong
Alycia is internationally certified in breathwork, thermalist practices, and somatic disciplines offering ceremonies designed for homecoming, not escape.
Her Aufguss has been featured at Great Northern Festival, Culture of Bathe-ing in NYC, and Therme's Herbarium Festival, and she ranks among the top 10 sauna masters in the country following a 4th and 5th place finish at the 2026 USA Aufguss Nationals.
Nate Daubert
Nate is the founder of SaunaMeister.com and the first American fully certified as a Sauna-Meister by the Deutsche Sauna Akademie, brings a foundation of rigorous research and technical mastery shaped by visiting more than 100 bathhouses across three continents.
His Aufguss ceremonies have been featured at Great Northern Festival in MN, Culture of Bathe-ing in DC and NYC.
Grace Edmunds
Grace is a UK-trained Sauna Master, Finnish-trained Sauna Healer, and founder of Kin Ritual and Northern Kin Sauna. She has guided rituals internationally, including at Therme's Herbarium in Bucharest, as well as Culture of Bathe-ing, Great Northern, and Vermont Sauna Fest. She was also one of the first women to compete in the US Aufguss Modern Classic competition. Grace's practice is rooted in 15 years of mindfulness and embodiment guiding, teacher training, and retreat facilitation.
